Project Overview
Forma Studio is building a suite of enterprise productivity tools and needs a Principal UX Designer to own the end-to-end design system and user research programme. You will set the design language, mentor two mid-level designers, and work directly with product and engineering leadership.
The ideal candidate has shipped complex B2B products at scale and believes that great design is an engineering discipline. You will be expected to produce high-fidelity Figma prototypes, component libraries, and research synthesis documents.
